Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Clickwoods, we are committed to delivering your furniture and home products safely, securely and on time. This policy explains how we process and ship orders.

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

2. Shipping rates and delivery times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate per order – estimated delivery 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 per order – faster delivery; the estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Large furniture items may ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different days.

3. International shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, appears lost in transit, is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@clickwoods.com or +1 830-256-2140. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Damaged or defective items are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us because of incorrect details.

7. Carriers

Orders are delivered by major US carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or freight carriers for large items, depending on the size of the item and your location.
